Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Required Skills:
-
Should have 5-9 years hands-on technical design relevant experience & handling Hydraulic cylinder design experience including the following:
-
Hydraulic cylinder seal selection and application.
-
Hydraulic cylinder manifold design integrating cartridge valve technology.
-
Understanding of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and machining methods.
-

Advanced experience with SolidWorks modelling and production drawing generation.
-
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
-
Basic hydraulic system schematics understanding pertaining to cylinder cartridge valve logic.
-
Knowledge of pressure Vessel stress calculations would be a plus but not mandatory.

Good at problem solving, creativity, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to be self-motivated, work independently & co-ordinate with team, guiding the team in the right direction.

Good in written and spoken English communication with both internal cross functional team and external customers.
-
Support the proposal activities, aid in standardization of documents (client documents, datasheets).
-
Having valid US visa is added advantage.
