Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Field Operations to lead and manage large-scale exam operations across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field operations, vendor management, manpower management, and team handling. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate with clients, manage vendors, and ensure smooth execution of examination activities at multiple locations.
The candidate will be responsible for organizing exam operations, coordinating exam centers, and managing manpower deployment to ensure successful exam execution. The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can manage teams, handle stakeholders, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Work Experience: 8+ Years.
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Travel: Must be willing to travel across India.
Languages: Tamil, English, and Hindi (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end exam operations across multiple locations.

Coordinate with vendors and partners to arrange infrastructure and operational support.

Plan and deploy manpower for exam centers across India.

Handle field operations and on-ground execution of examination activities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder coordination.

Lead, guide, and manage large teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Address operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of exam schedules.

Travel across India to supervise and manage exam center operations.
Key Skills & Requirements

8+ years of experience in field operations, exam operations, or large-scale project operations.

Strong experience in Vendor Management and Manpower Management.

Proven ability in People Management and Team Handling.

Experience in client handling and stakeholder coordination.

Ability to manage large-scale field teams and multiple operational locations.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across India as required.

Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
