Role
We are looking for a dynamic Associate – Field Operations to support PAN India exam operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in field coordination, manpower management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution of examination activities at multiple locations.
The role involves assisting in organizing examination processes, coordinating with field teams and vendors, and supporting operational activities to ensure successful exam execution.
Work Experience: 2+ Years.
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Travel: Must be willing to travel across India.
Languages: Tamil, English, and Hindi (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of exam operations across multiple locations in India.

Coordinate with vendors and service partners for exam center arrangements and operational support.

Assist in manpower coordination and deployment for examination centers.

Support on-ground field operations during exam schedules.

Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in monitoring operational activities and resolving basic field-level issues.

Travel to different locations when required to support exam operations.
Key Skills & Requirements

2+ years of experience in field operations, coordination, or operational support roles.

Basic experience in vendor coordination and manpower handling.

Ability to work in a team and support operational activities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel across India based on operational requirements.

Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
