🔍 What You’ll Learn & Do
✔️ Tech Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist developers (Web, Mobile, AI, Blockchain) for clients & in-house projects.
✔️ Candidate Engagement: Coordinate interviews, skill assessments, and offer negotiations.
✔️ HR Analytics: Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency) using ATS/Excel.
✔️ Employer Branding: Boost our LinkedIn presence with hiring posts/employee stories.
✔️ Onboarding Support: Help new joiners with documentation and orientation.
