Job Requirements
Education • Diploma in – Mech / EEE, E&I, and Mechatronics
Relevant Experience
• Preferably possess relevant experience in industrial machines, particularly in Dispensing, Pick and Place machines, and
Laser machines.
• Proficient in PLC with experience in ladder diagram programming and debugging projects.
• Possess 1 year or more of experience in visual debugging, including familiarity with visual and robot calibration operations.
• Read and comprehend various circuit schematics, familiar with design specifications and standards, understand PLC programs like ladder diagrams, and be proficient in panel wiring circuits.
Behavioural Skills
- Adapt to the factory environment and be flexible for extended work hours based on business requirements.
- Should possess effective communication skills and the ability to engage with people.
- Possess knowledge of the structure of various types of automation equipment, capable of independently analyzing and troubleshooting electrical and software issues, and swiftly solving them.
- Familiar with the principles and troubleshooting of common electrical components and pneumatic systems, skilled in operating instruments and handling tools such as soldering equipment, multimeters, pressure testers, etc.
Knowledge •
- Proficient in office software, with a good command of English, proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in PLC, CCD, and common vision hardware such as cameras, light sources (OPT), and lenses.
- Acquainted with computer hardware and operating systems, Software systems, responsible for the equipment debugging, process optimization, and maintenance.
- Capable of identifying problems and coordinating prompt solutions, skilled in summarizing encountered problems and their solutions, and reporting to the relevant department, PM, or Team Leader.
- The candidate should possess Machine Assembly & testing skills along with
- Good Knowledge of Pneumatics
- Have hands-on with QC tools (Six sigma, Cp, Cpk) and experience in Troubleshooting, Commissioning & LBU Processes.
