Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Assist clients with booking appointments, rescheduling, and service-related queries.
Coordinate with makeup artists and ensure timely service delivery.
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat bookings.
Upsell or recommend beauty services as per customer needs.
Share promotional offers and updates with clients.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team for a seamless customer experience.
