Job Description
Role Purpose
To develop skills in CNC machine setup, tool change, and parameter optimization for efficient production with minimal downtime and scrap.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine setup and changeovers as per setup sheets.
- Prepare tools, fixtures, and programs under supervision.
- Adjust machine parameters for quality and cycle time.
- Conduct first-off inspection and obtain QA approval.
- Maintain setup documentation and parameter records.
- Support troubleshooting of dimensional and surface defects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Qualifications
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field.
Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with strong technical aptitude considered.
Skills:
- Understanding of CNC setup and tooling.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection methods.

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
