Location: Kalyan Nagar, RT Nagar, Malleswaram, New BEL Road and HSR layout Bengaluru (with travel to other Shishuka branches as required)

Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development Executive

1. Community Outreach & Engagement

   - Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps, awareness drives, and community events at each hospital branch.

   - Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners to promote hospital services.

   - Establish and nurture relationships with local clinics, pharmacies, schools, and community organizations to facilitate outreach efforts.

2. Local Brand Promotion & Marketing

   - Develop and execute localized marketing strategies, including door-to-door campaigns, local advertisements, and digital outreach tailored to each community.

   - Ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion of hospital specialties, new services, and ongoing campaigns across all branches.

3. Patient Acquisition & Relationship Building

   - Drive new patient leads through community engagement activities and outreach initiatives.

   - Follow up on patient referrals to ensure a positive experience, fostering loyalty and encouraging word-of-mouth promotion.

   - Gather and analyze patient feedback for service improvement and share insights with hospital management.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

   - Conduct surveys and collect community insights regarding healthcare needs, preferences, and trends at each location.

   - Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics; provide strategic insights to the marketing and management teams.

5. Coordination & Reporting

   - Collaborate with branch managers, healthcare providers, and staff to plan, implement, and monitor outreach and marketing activities.

   - Maintain detailed records of outreach initiatives, attendance, and results.

   - Prepare regular reports on marketing efforts, community response, lead generation, and overall business development progress.

6. Promotional Material & Content Management

   - Ensure availability, proper placement, and currency of promotional materials at all branches.

   - Assist in creating or customizing content for campaigns and outreach activities when required.

7. Professional Conduct & Compliance

   - Represent Shishuka Hospital professionally, ethically, and in accordance with hospital policies during all outreach and business development activities.

   - Adhere to branding guidelines and hospital protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.

8. Business Growth & New Setup Development

   - Identify opportunities for expanding hospital services and establishing new branches or facilities.

   - Engage with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers to forge collaborations and partnerships for new setups.

   - Negotiate and coordinate with doctors for tie-ups, referrals, and collaborative patient care programs.

   - Plan and execute strategies for applying for licenses and approvals related to new business ventures, including KPME, Medicare, Pharmacy, PCB, and other regulatory bodies.

   - Coordinate with legal, compliance, and administrative teams to ensure all licensing and accreditation processes are completed smoothly and in accordance with government regulations.
