Job Summary:
A Sales and Marketing Manager in the building materials industry is responsible for increasing product sales, developing market presence, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
Conduct product presentations and site visits.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills:
