Job Description of Relationship Executive/Tele Sales Executive

Role: Relationship Executive / Telesales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial advisory services and generate leads.

• Provide detailed information about various financial products and services like Insurance, Mutual funds etc

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions

• Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on leads.

Experience & qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance with a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele calling or outbound sales.

Required Skills

• Candidates with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Understanding of financial instruments such as Insurance or mutual funds.

• Pleasing Personality and well behaved.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Candidates with NISM - MF Advisory module /CFP/CWM would have an added advantage

• Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced professionals passionate about wealth management.
