Description: Sarvify is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales or inside sales. The ideal candidate will drive outbound growth initiatives for Sarvify technology services, including custom software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, data analytic s, and digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on building a strong prospect pipeline through research-driven outreach, personalized communication, and structured outbound campaigns. Your primary outcome will be generating qualified leads and setting high-quality appointments with decision-makers such as Founders, CXOs, Product Leaders, and Technology Heads.
Responsibilities:
Buildandmaintain a structured database of prospects in CRM across target industries and geographies.
Identify decision-makers and map accounts using LinkedIn, industry databases, and research tools.
Draftcompelling cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach scripts aligned with Sarvify’s positioning as a technology partner.
Planandexecute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calling channels.
Conductcold calls and follow-ups to generate interest and book qualified discovery meetings.
Clearly articulate Sarvify’s value proposition in custom software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria before scheduling appointments with senior leadership or solution consultants.
Trackcampaign performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular reporting on lead generation metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach messaging, targeting strategy, and campaign effectiveness..
Qualification Criteria:
Experience
4–5years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales in IT services or SaaS.
Proventrack record of generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts. Skills Strongresearch skills for prospect i
dentification and account mapping.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages.
Confident verbal communication skills for cold calling and discovery conversations.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Understanding of IT services such as custom development, cloud, DevOps, or digital transformation is preferred.
Familiarity with SaaS or technology consulting sales cycles is a plus.
Ability to work independently with outcome-driven goals and structured KPIs.
Performance Expectation
Primary KPI: Number of qualified leads and appointments scheduled per month.
Secondary KPIs: Outreach volume, response rate, meeting conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
