Since our inception, Qualite Manpower has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality search practice. In 2017, the founding members from IIM Calcuuta & ISB Hyederabad Alumni with combined corporate experience of four decades experienced gaps in recruitment processes. Businesses needed to consolidate their existing executive search processes as one was struggling to keep up with the ever-changing world of human resources. Most businesses were getting to a point when they realized they could no longer manage the search function processes with them. Simply put, they need an extended arm. Qualite Manpower was thus born with the purpose of filling the need gap through the addition of talent management and HR audits to the search deliveries.
