Job Description
Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential clients
- Identify business trends, market needs, and emerging digital solutions.
- Generate new leads
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor digital solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the agency’s services.
Sales Strategy & Proposal Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target markets, and implementing effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, web design, SEO, social media, and other related services and propose ways to differentiate the agency’s services.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the project management team post-signing.
