Key Responsibilities
• Connect with qualified leads provided by the company via calls and online channels
• Clearly explain the product/software features, benefits, and value proposition
• Convert leads into customers by closing sales effectively
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account setup
• Provide basic training and product walk through to clients post-sale
• Act as a single point of contact for clients for any issues, queries, or support
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: BBA / MBA / Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year experience
• Preference for candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience in online sales / tele-calling / SaaS sales
