Job Role – Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our digital presence. In this role, you will handle the "end-to-end" marketing lifecycle—from strategy and content creation to execution and analytics.

You will be the voice of our brand across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, while also managing our Email Marketing campaigns. If you are a creative strategist who loves data and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty with execution, we want to hear from you.

1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, FB, IG)

• Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, community growth).

• Content Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging content (copy, graphics, reels, stories) tailored to each platform's unique audience.

• Community Management: actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to build community loyalty.

• Paid Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to maximize ROI.

2. Video Marketing

• Manage the company YouTube channel, including uploading, playlist management, and community engagement.

• Perform Video SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) to improve organic reach.

• Repurpose long-form content into YouTube Shorts for higher discoverability.

3. Direct Messaging & Conversational Marketing (WhatsApp)

• Manage WhatsApp Business broadcasts and updates.

• Create personalized communication flows for customer inquiries and lead nurturing.

• Maintain clean contact lists and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

4. Email Marketing

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, promotional offers).

• Set up automation workflows (drip campaigns, welcome series, abandoned cart recovery).

• Segment subscriber lists to ensure hyper-targeted messaging.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels (CTR, Open Rates, Engagement, ROI).

• Generate monthly reports with actionable insights to refine future strategies.

6. Supporting marketing team

• Assist marketing team to filter / generate leads

• Close coordination with marketing team to understand the market sentiments and plan the digital marketing strategy accordingly

7. Research & Reporting

• Competitor Watch: Weekly monitoring of competitor pages to see what content is trending.

• Data Gathering: Assist in pulling raw data from Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn for the monthly reports.
