We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team.


Role: Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Professional to drive business growth and customer acquisition in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert leads into business opportunities in responsible regions.

Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Recruit, train, and monitor performance of marketing executives.

Conduct regular market surveys to understand competitor routes, pricing, and strategies.

Develop actionable marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and brand value.

Increase booking and delivery volumes by meeting with clients and expanding client base.

Track market trends, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for expansion.

Set clear goals for the team and drive performance with ownership and accountability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Maintain deep understanding of regional logistics market practices, do’s and don’ts.


Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in logistics or transport sector.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.

In-depth knowledge of local market and customer behavior.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
