Insurance knowledge: Policy administration, underwriting, billing, servicing, surrender, lapse, reinstatement, claims
Tools: Jira, ADO, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Tableau
Agile: Scrum/Kanban/SAFe
Good to have: FAST, ALIP, OIPA, Wynsure, LifePRO, PAS modernization/migration, ACORD, IFRS 17, AI in insurance
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. or equivalent
