The Supreme Court of India has started onboarding its data on the National Judicial Data Grid. The National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) serves as a monitoring tool to identify, manage, and reduce the pendency of cases. Life Saving Organization, working in the field of legal services across India, aims for implementation at a global level. NJDG has played a crucial role in the conceptualization of establishing the organization. As per NJDG, more than five crore cases are pending in courts across India, and over five lakh fifty thousand people are lodged in jails, of which four lakh twenty-seven thousand are undertrials, and many others are on bail. In this alarming situation, numerous innocent people are still behind bars, with an unknown number potentially facing imprisonment in the future. Therefore, there is an urgent need for every victim and accused in India to receive proper guidance from senior and experienced lawyers, enabling them to free their lives from legal entanglements and live independently with their families. One of the objectives of establishing the organization is to raise public awareness, in line with the Government of India's initiatives, to prevent more than 403,116 road and rail accidents occurring annually. The organization aims to provide ambulance services, financial aid, and legal assistance to those injured or to the families of those who lost their lives in accidents. Life Saving Organization has formed a panel of highly experienced lawyers with extensive practice in courts across all states in India. This panel strives to provide legal assistance to families facing various legal issues, as well as to those affected by road and rail accidents. In addition, the Life Saving Organization is working towards providing free legal advice to those in need. This initiative aims to empower people by making them aware of their legal rights. Many individuals in society are unaware of their basic rights, and the organization's empaneled lawyers are taking steps to provide free legal consultations to people across India
