3-5 years of professional development experience with evidence of independently shipped production work.
• Strong ability in a backend language, preferably Python or Go, plus sound API and debugging fundamentals.
• Practical JavaScript or TypeScript and React, or a
comparable modern frontend framework.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
or a comparable database.
• Working knowledge of Git, automated testing, CI/CD and
Docker; exposure to AWS.
• Clear communication, ownership and fast learning; a
relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
