Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled **PHP Developer with strong WordPress development experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. You must have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain dynamic websites using **PHP and WordPress**.

* Design and implement new features and functionality in WordPress.

* Create custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.

* Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.

* Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers.

* Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.

* Optimize website performance, scalability, and SEO.

* Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong proficiency in **PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery**.

* In-depth knowledge of **WordPress architecture, theme and plugin development**.

* Experience with **custom post types, taxonomies, and WordPress REST API**.

* Familiarity with **WooCommerce**, **Elementor**, and other common WordPress plugins.

* Version control experience (e.g., Git).

* Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.

* Familiarity with page builders and WordPress security best practices.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* Experience with other CMSs like Joomla, Drupal (optional).

* Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing needs.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
