Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our gear and transmission products. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for gear and transmission products.
Identify and engage potential clients through market research and networking.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales of industrial gearboxes, motors, or transmission systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
