Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading customer support process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer details in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility
Graduation Mandatory
Freshers & Experienced (6+ Months) can apply.
Excellent English & Hindi & Telugu &Kannada& Tamil communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Salary
Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC | ₹20,000 Take Home
Experienced (6+ Months): ₹25,000 CTC | ₹23,000 Take Home
