Location: Mumbai - candidate must be residing in Mumbai only

**International BPO experience is required**

**Graduation is compulsory**

Domain Requirements

▪ Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience

▪ International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism

▪ Good knowledge of the Airline Industry

▪ Previous work experience of working on Airport systems and applications like Amadeus Altea, Sabre DCS, SITA DCS, Amadeus OPR, iCoupon, Sabre Sonic, Cargo apps

▪ Working knowledge of any GDS

▪ Supported DCS systems for Reservations, Passenger Check-ins & Boarding, Baggage check-in, Load management.

▪ Knowledge of Printing flight load sheet, baggage report, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS)

▪ Extracting and printing the Manifest with flight information related to seats, meals

▪ Creating Incidents/problems as per incident management & problem management tools

Other Requirements

▪ Available to work in 24 x 7 shifts

▪ Good communication

▪ Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications

▪ Good Analytical & Research skills.

▪ Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.

▪ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

▪ Ability to achieve stringent SLAs
