Freedom Employability Academy FEA is a global non governmental organization NGO dedicated to empowering 18 year old rural youth by offering a FREE one year training program. This program equips them with essential skills for a successful career in urban areas. As part of our expansion, we are opening new branches in multiple villages near Meerut and Muzaffarnagar Job Responsibilities Teach and train rural youth in designated villages on employability skills. Conduct three sessions daily 2.5 hours each for batches of approximately 20 students. Perform 30 minutes of administrative and operational tasks daily. Travel to different village locations to deliver training sessions. Utilize basic computer knowledge for teaching and administrative work.
