Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Utilize knowledge of products to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
