Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out activities on site, including carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other finishing works. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure productivity and adherence to timelines. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance. Liaise with project managers, architects, and designers to address and resolve site issues or discrepancies. Maintain site documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and daily progress logs. Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time, and manage site inventory. Report on project status, delays, and any site-related concerns to the management team. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe job site at all times. Conduct handover procedures and ensure punch list items are completed.
