Sales Team Leader (Field Sales)

DSPAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our field sales team and drive business growth across assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
Monitor daily field activities and productivity.
Conduct market visits and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility
Experience: 1–10+ Years in Sales (Fintech/BFSI preferred)
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Graduation preferred (Minimum Higher Secondary may be considered with relevant experience)
