Office Administrator – Accounts & Client Relations (India & UAE Operations)

📍 Location: Kochi

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Office Administrator who can manage both administrative and accounting operations for our India & UAE companies.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing, bookkeeping & expense tracking

• Bank reconciliation & payment follow-ups

• GST support (India) and VAT documentation (UAE – if required)

• Office administration and documentation handling

• Client coordination and follow-ups

• Handling communication with international clients

🎯 Must Have Skills:

✔ Strong English communication (Email + Calls)

✔ MS Excel knowledge

✔ Accounting software knowledge (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks)

✔ Good follow-up and coordination skills

💼 Experience: 1–2 years
