Caring with Colour (CWC) is a non-profit organization in India focused on improving the quality of education in government schools. CWC aims to empower teachers by equipping them with experiential teaching methodologies, as outlined in policies such as the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2005. The organization has developed a comprehensive teacher support system, including experiential teaching content aligned with the NCERT curriculum and a dedicated teacher training program. CWC also offers a technology platform called 'Teachopia' to help teachers effectively integrate experiential teaching techniques into their classrooms. Manasi Kirloskar Tata, the Managing Trustee and CEO of Caring with Colour, has been enthusiastic about the education sector since she was fourteen, when she began teaching art to children from government schools. She is the first United Nations in India Young Business Champion for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through which she collaborates with the UN on key issues like climate change, reducing plastic usage, and women's empowerment.
