We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on AI Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in modern automation engineering, AI-assisted development, and autonomous engineering workflows. This role requires deep technical capability in Playwright automation, TypeScript development, and practical implementation of AI engineering tools and AI agents within enterprise delivery environments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience integrating AI-powered development and testing workflows using tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, MCP integrations, and autonomous agent-based engineering approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript 

Migrate existing Selenium scripts to Playwright using AI

Build automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end test suites across distributed systems 

Implement AI-assisted engineering and testing workflows using AI agents and autonomous development tools 

Integrate and operationalize AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor AI within engineering delivery processes 

Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to enable AI agents to interact with enterprise systems, repositories, APIs, testing tools, and CI/CD platforms 

Drive autonomous engineering workflows for: Test generation ,Intelligent debugging ,Automation maintenance ,Code reviews, Refactoring ,Documentation generation ,CI/CD optimization 

Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to improve software quality, testability, and engineering productivity 

Work across the full application stack including front-end, APIs, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms 

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and implement continuous testing strategies 

Evaluate automation opportunities and determine optimal manual vs automated testing coverage 

Mentor teams on AI-driven software engineering, intelligent automation, and modern quality engineering practices 

Contribute to enterprise engineering transformation initiatives focused on AI adoption and delivery acceleration 

 Mandatory Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in software testing, automation engineering, or quality engineering 

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework 

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript 

Strong understanding of front-end frameworks, application architecture, and distributed systems 

Extensive experience with API testing and integration validation 

Strong experience working within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps 

Proven hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex ,GitHub Copilot ,Cursor AI or equivalent AI coding platforms 

Mandatory experience with: AI agents ,MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations ,Autonomous engineering workflows ,AI-driven SDLC automation ,Agentic AI development concepts 

Experience implementing AI-enabled developer productivity and intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments 

Strong understanding of clean code principles, automation framework architecture, and engineering best practices 

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
