* Live Chat
* Social Media
* Text Messaging
* Direct Messaging
* Other written communication platforms
Whether you're providing quick solutions, guiding customers through products, or resolving concerns with empathy, you'll make every customer interaction a positive one.
You'll report to the **Team Lead** and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting overall team success.

## What You Bring to the Role
* Minimum **1 year of Customer Service experience** *(Freshers are also welcome to apply).*
* Excellent written English communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
