Job Description
Engineer Trainee is a 1-year training program where fresh engineers are given functional exposure in the area of Manufacturing and Techno commercial areas like corporate purchase, Sales, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, customer logistics & planning, etc. Projects are assigned in respective areas for learning and execution, managerial working is learning through exposure and experience, manpower handling, and shift working (except for females).

Qualification Engineering: B Tech/ BE
Batch: 2026 Only*
Tenure of the Job: 1-Year, based on performance and company requirement can be extended for 1 more year.
Stipend – Rs. 5.5 Lakh PA for Non – IT and 6.5 lakh for IT (for 1st year).
Streams: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Electronics & Communication (E&C), Mechatronics, Computer Science, Robotics Engineering, AI & ML.
Region: Karnataka
Eligibility : 60% of marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, Diploma (if any), Engineering);
No backlogs, No history of backlogs, and no grace Marks.
