As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and engaging doctors who join the Ilumina provider network. You will ensure smooth integration into our digital workflows, provide onboarding support to clinic staff, and maintain ongoing relationships to drive clinical compliance, patient satisfaction, and platform adoption.
This is a field-heavy relationship role focused on building clinical trust and ensuring operational readiness of doctors and their staff across multiple specialties.

Act as the primary point of contact for any clinical service issues, patient coordination problems, or workflow breakdowns.
Resolve grievances or escalations related to doctor experience or payments in coordination with the ops and accounts teams.
3. Adoption & Engagement

Conduct refresher sessions and share performance feedback to improve service turnaround and quality.
Coordinate doctor awareness for new care modules like lab integration, psychological consults, or specialty bundles.

Liaise with the product team to collect doctor feedback and suggest workflow improvements.
Coordinate with ops, claims, and finance for seamless experience across service delivery and payouts.
Assist in marketing or awareness campaigns targeted at the provider community.

Submit weekly MIS reports, flag potential drop-offs, and ensure partner compliance.
Support the creation of SOPs and knowledge content for provider onboarding and support.
