Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at AV Education in Lucknow. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential participants, providing information about our financial education programs, and answering queries related to enrollment. The role involves maintaining call records, following up on leads, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outbound calling or customer service Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving and listening skills High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of financial concepts is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous Industry Investment Management Employment Type Full-time
