We are seeking a skilled DC & AC Traction Motor Mechanic to inspect, dismantle, repair, rewind, assemble, and test locomotive traction motors, auxiliary generators, and related rotating electrical equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with coil manufacturing, commutator repairs, bearing replacement, insulation systems, electrical testing, and fault diagnosis. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safe work practices, and completing overhaul documentation. Candidates should possess an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in railway, metro, mining, or heavy industrial traction motor maintenance and repair.
