The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and supporting the sales team by reaching out to potential enterprise customers for ISP services such as internet leased lines and business connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
Maintain and update customer databases
2. Sales Support
Explain ISP services (Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, etc.) to prospects
Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team
Follow up on leads and inquiries
3. Customer Interaction
Handle inbound queries and provide basic product information
Build positive relationships with potential clients
Maintain professional communication at all times
4. Data Management & Reporting
Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in CRM/software
Share daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead status
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Experience:
0–3 years in tele calling, telesales, or customer support
Experience in telecom/ISP is an advantage
Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English; local language preferred)
Persuasive and confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
