Job Description
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads using various sources such as databases, social media platforms, and industry referrals.
• Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct professional and persuasive outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
• Follow-Up and Nurturing: Perform follow-up communications to build relationships, address client inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Record Management: Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
