*Responsibilities:*
1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
2. Trip Planning: Design and customize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
3. Booking Management: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
5. Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.
6. Sales Skills: Promote and upsell travel packages and services to enhance client experience.
7. Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Previous experience in travel consulting or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
