Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at TechMintLab in Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical positions and a keen eye for talent. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the company.

Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and follow-up.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring decisions.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.

Experience recruiting for technical positions (e.g., developers, designers, digital marketers).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
