Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in job postings on various platforms.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Employee Engagement:

Organize activities to promote employee well-being.

Support in planning team-building events and engagement programs.

HR Operations & Documentation:

Help with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.

Track attendance and leave management.

Training & Development:

Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.

Monitor feedback and analyze training effectiveness.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Support the preparation of HR-related reports (attrition, recruitment).

Analyze data trends to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of HR software or tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
