Job Description
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with spinal cord injuries, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about spinal cord injury management, rehabilitation processes, and preventive care.
• Assist with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress, addressing any complications or changes in condition.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
