Must be 5 years into complete recruitment and Non-It recruiting experience is mandatory.
•Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures in coordination with the management.
• Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics
• Implement new sourcing methods
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Experience in man power handling and department co-ordination
• Recommend ways to improve employer brand.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Participate be job fairs and career events to attract best talent.
• Should be able to design different questionnaire based on the position.
• Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation end to end.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communication Skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Handling Induction sessions.
