PositionOverview:
AsaDesignExecutiveatStoreyboardDesign,youwillplayakeyroleincreatingexceptionalhigh-endluxurydesignsforresidentialprojects.You'llberesponsiblefortheentiredesignprocess,including3Dmodelling,BillofQuantities(BOQ),drawings,andperformingcoordinationwithsiteengineers.
KeyResponsibilities:
DesignExcellence:Develophigh-endluxuryresidentialdesigns,including3Dmodels,BOQs,anddrawings.
Coordination:Collaboratecloselywithsiteengineersandotherteammemberstoensureseamlessprojectexecution.
SoftwareProficiency:UtilizeAutoCAD,SketchUp,Excel,PowerPoint,andPhotoshop(aplus)fordesignandpresentationpurposes.
QualificationsandExperience:
Minimum5yearsofexperienceinresidentialdesign.
ProficiencyinAutoCAD,SketchUp,Excel,andPowerPoint.
KnowledgeofPhotoshopisaplus.
