Job Description

Job Brief :

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience from good pitching & convincing skill and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities :

  1.  Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  2.  Present our company to potential clients
  3.  Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  4.  Customize good service solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  5.  Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  6.  Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  7.  Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  8.  Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  9.  Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way
  10.  Responsible for Business Development through acquisition and retention of clients
  11.  Back office sales. (No field work)

Requirements :

  1.  Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  2.  Track record of achieving sales quotas
  3.  Experience with CRM software (e.g. Sales force)
  4.  Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  5.  Understanding of sales performance metrics
  6.  Excellent communication in Hindi and English with negotiation skills
  7.  Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  8.  MBA degree in Finance is preferable.
