Designation Front Desk Receptionist
Location Lower Parel, Mumbai
Requirement
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Take appointments
Manage conference and meetings
Take and deliver messages
Helping with administrative tasks at the front desk
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Skills:
Good hands-on experience in Microsoft office
Must have excellent communication skills in English
Good phone manners
Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience as Front Desk Receptionist
Qualification : Any Graduate
Office timings : 11 am to 7.30 pm
Weekly off: Sunday & 3rd Saturday
Rounds of interviews: 2 rounds
Mode of interview: Face to Face
