Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients through direct interactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, deliver sales pitches, and address client queries to secure deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company, consistently driving revenue growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
