Job Description

As an Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales by connecting with potential clients who require loan products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage prospective customers, promote our loan offerings, and build lasting relationships to foster client loyalty. 


Key Responsibilities:


Client Outreach: Conduct cold calling and follow up with potential customers to introduce our loan products and services.

Sales Promotion: Actively promote our offerings through various channels, including social media, networking events, and community outreach.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and engagement to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Relationship Building: Attend sales meetings and networking events to establish and nurture relationships with clients and industry partners.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our loan products and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and address client needs.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with applications, and guiding clients through the loan process.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions to your reporting manager.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus.

This job is on site field job and only MALE applicants are accepted.
