Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our travel company. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our travel services, ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B clients. You will handle travel arrangements, assist with client inquiries, and support our team in delivering exceptional travel solutions for Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely responses.Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Travel Arrangements:

Manage booking and reservation processes for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Ensure all travel arrangements meet client requirements and company standards.

Supplier Management:

Coordinate with local suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers, to secure and confirm services. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate rates and manage service quality.

Operational Support:

Monitor and oversee the execution of travel itineraries to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve any issues or disruptions that arise during travel.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and manage travel documentation, including itineraries, vouchers, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions, generating reports as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Review and evaluate travel services and client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance the quality of our travel offerings.
