Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to 4.5LPA

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Implex Edu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting educational solutions offered by Implex Edu. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the assigned area.

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in a sales environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills

Customer Relationship Management skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the education sector

Experience in sales of educational products/services fresher to 1 year.

Ability to work independently and remotely

Gender Male/ female

Offline and online lead generation quality is mandatory.

Depends upon states / cities/ experience/ quality of the respective individuals.

Cities were Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan.

Performance management after every seven days

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
