We are looking for a Sales ExecutiveProfile, who is passionate about traveling. Can handle the travel softwarebackend and if needed work on the upgradation (web-based) on a timely basis. The personwill manage travel requirements made for business or holidays and you willprovide tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers.The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.Responsibilities· Cooperate with clients to determine their needs andadvise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates,costs, and accommodations· Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications(guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers· Enter data into our software and maintain client detailsRequirements· Use of the computer software for the day to day work· Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDSsystems, and e-traveling· Understand and implement the software changes· Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus· Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiateeffectively· Sound knowledge of domestic and international traveltrends
